ဟင်္သာတတက္ကသိုလ်သည် သဘာဝနှင့်ဒေသန္တရ အခြေအနေများအပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ နိုင်ငံတော်၏လိုအပ်ချက်များကို
ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးနိုင်သည့်လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ်များကိုလေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးနိုင်သော အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီမှုရှိသော တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်ရန် မျှော်မှန်းပါသည်။
လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန် (Mission)
- အရည်အသွေးပြည့်ဝသော လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ်များကို မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်
- သုတေသနနှင့် ပညာရပ်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုများကို ဦးစားပေး၍ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
- ကျောင်းသားများ၏ ပညာရည်မြင့်မားပြီး ဘက်စုံထူးချွန်မှုရရှိရန် အစိုးရဌာန၊ အစိုးရအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ လူထုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
- ဆရာများ၏ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည် မြင့်မားရေးနှင့် အရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားရေးတို့အတွက် ပြည်တွင်းပြည်ပအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ပညာရှင် များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ မြှင့်တင်ရန်
