Established in 1978, Hinthada University has grown from a small regional college to a comprehensive university with a beautiful 91-acre campus. Our institution serves over 16,000 students across 16 academic programs, supported by nearly 300 dedicated faculty members.

Hinthada University is one of the three major higher education institutions (offering Arts and Sciences degrees) in the Ayeyarwady Region, Myanmar. It is located in Kyatkone Village, Ywartharkone Village Tract, in the western part of Hinthada Town, Ayeyarwady Region.
